Circle H Ranch Wedding

Ashley & Orry are proof that a little rain doesn’t have to dampen your special day. The girls started out the day at The James Hotel getting ready in style with a few Mimosas and a lot of laughs. We headed out to Circle H Ranch and arrived to guests settling into their seats outside with umbrellas at the ready. I think one of my favourite things on a wedding day is seeing the excitement and exuberance on everyone’s faces, even with dark clouds hanging overhead and a downpour imminent. The rain started to drizzle down just as the procession started, with it getting heavier as the minutes went on. When the rain became too much to bear the little white chapel became our refuge as everyone crowded in to stay dry as Orry and Ashley finished saying their vows to one another. As the ceremony came to a close, the ran gradually came to a stop and we were once again able to head outside for some photos with the bridal party. It even worked out that Ashley’s horse was able to make it into some special shots. I’m a sucker for a girl and her horse that’s for sure! We ended the evening back at Circle H for a reception and dance under the big tent.
