David & Linda’s Elopement

I’ve had the photos for this blog post prepped and ready to go for quite some time now. The truth is, I procrastinate with the ‘writing’ part of blog posts and struggle to write what I feel would be the perfect set of words to go along with the images I post. What I’ve come to realize is that the images I gravitate towards taking tell the story all by themselves. The story of the love between to people, and the story of their relationships with the people closest to them.

David & Linda chose to elope way back at the end of 2018(yes, I’m that behind with my blog posts!), well before the current COVID-19 pandemic made us change the way we do mass gatherings. They knew they wanted to do a private ceremony with just the two of them. A special moment that they could share without the pressure of having lots of people watching since they are both super shy in front of people. But if you know David & Linda, you know that they also love to party with their friends! Their solution was to elope and then throw a big bash about a month later for all of their friends and relatives so they could celebrate with them. Needless to say, we had an amazing time with them on BOTH days!
